problem with WLAN to find(detect) APs(qualcomm atheros AR956x)

i own asus k455L with qualcomm atheros AR956x wireless network adapter
installed win8.1 enterprise
the windows cant find (detect)AP's on channel 11 or higher , and usually im trying to turning on and off the adapter repeatedly to connect the channel 10 or lower channel access point ,whats the problem
need your emergency help :'(
