No audio in Video recording

While recording a video, no audio is getting recorded. #Lumia930
Ruining moments. Please fix it asap.

try soft reset , volume down + lock key

what os build are ou on? check under settings > about in wp 8.1
in wp 10 > settings> system>about

But I don't want to loose any data! Is audio recording working on other lumia 930 phones?
What is the difference b/w hard and soft reset?
