How to get featured on Windows Phone App Store

My team has made a cool arcade flyer game with RPG-style upgrade system.
Before we release the game, some guys from local Microsoft team said that they will feature our game in their app store for at least 1 day.
Now after I submitted my game and emailed them, they become silent suddenly.
Is there any other way to contact other store admins in other countries?
