Why does the add attachments option keep popping up when composing emails?

I use godaddy for work email. Every time I reply to an email or compose a new email, automatically the add attachments box pops up-forcing me to close it, then begin the email. I already spent 4 hours with the godaddy support and did a trace on the account, and it is not on their end. This is the most annoying thing.
