Still not receving Windows 10 mobile on lumua 640

[Windows Central Question]

Have installed apps advisor and phone is eligible and still show we are working with mobile provider and manufacturer and will notify soon when ready. Should I wait for the update or go for release preview, if so slow or fast ring. please advise.

am having lumia 640 but still receving working with mobile operator and manufacture and will notify.
so instead if go to preview release should I choose slow or fast ring to get the latest official release from preview build and later will I be able to switch to official release without hard resetting?
