Apps from store not downloading.

I have two phones. 720, 830. 830 has the official update of windows 10 mobile. While 720 has the same update but via inisders. (i left insiders and hence it updated to the official version.)
The problem is, since three days, i am unable to download any any apps from the store on my 830. Cannot update either. I mean it gets queued for download. Starts download. Acquires licence. And then just shows error.
Error code 0x80070006.
I do not know what this means. I restarted my phone, signed out and signed in again in the store, even soft reset my phone twice. No use.
Nothing gets downloaded.

On 720, it seems to work perfectly.

Can anyone help? What should I do?
Is anyone else facing this trouble?

So is the SD card now removed?
Just got an error on the sd card on phone. It says it has irreparable problem. So need to get another sd card. -_- and after removing the card, the download started again. Apps are getting downloaded. Although cannot update the apps already on sd card. Thanks a lot.
