Setting Chinese keyboard

If I change keyboard to Chinese, can I change it back?

Yes. I have three keyboard languages (including Simplified and Traditional Chinese) installed in my Windows 10 PC and Windows 10 Mobile device, and I can change it back to English easily (from the task bar in PC, and by swiping on the space bar in Windows 10 Mobile - or just straight in the settings for any other OS version).
