Why am I unable to connect to wifi and mobile data?

Unable to connect to wifi and mobile data

Even when wifi or data is turned on they are not connecting .. Whe? i try to turn on/off my phone freezes and only option out of it is to restart.This happened multiple times. I have reset my twice already . also I can see an update which unable to download when the network is connected

Hi, from your symptoms I would advise a hard reset.
This will also clear the download that you are unable to complete.
