Why can't I respond to my emails?

why can't I respond to my emails

I'm not able to answer emails. When I try it just gives me a blank pic

I am having the same trouble. I cannot reply to emails - just keeps trying to load the page. Oddly enough I can respond to a test email I sent to myself from the same account. It might probably be related to "Reply All" and sending to multiple emails at once.
