How i can read malayalam font in my windows lumia phone?

Malayalam is a local language used in India. I want to read webpages/facebook in Malayalam using my lumia phone. Will I be able to do it?

Yes, you can add a Malayalam Language Pack so long as your default system language is English (United Kingdom) or English (United States)... I also found a Malayalam keyboard.

I couldn't find Add Languages option in my Region+Language settings. Is it not available in Lumia 510 model? It is having Windows phone 7.8 version. Can I download the pack from windows site?

No... I wouldn't expect any further development for 7.8. The Os has moved on, I'm afraid.
