Going from att to go phone, to straight talk sim

Trying to change to apn on the att nokia to go phone. However, I am not able to find where to do that at on this phone. I need to know under what setting this is located and what to do to get the internet on the phone to work?

Which phone is it? I have a 1520, and my husband has a 640. I am fairly certain the two are slightly different. I know my 1520 had different codes than my old 920.
