640xl instagram photo quality

Here is the thing,when I upload my photos to instagram,which is 6tag in this case,photos seem a little bit blur,they don't have that sharp and detailed look like they do when I browse them on my phone. I suppose it has something to do with 6tag picture resolution or quality reduction... Is there a way to fix that?
