Unlocking Lumia 950

[Windows Central Question]

I have a Luma 950 that I really like. It is on AT&T contract. If I want to unlock it, and I do, what will not work on my phone????

The reason that I ask is that I unlocked my HTC M8 and the MMS didn't work any more.

I have unlocked many phones in the past and there was no problems.

Unlocking will not affect any of the phone's functionality. AT&T will not give you an unlock code until it's paid off, however.

Was your HTC One (M8) from ATT or was it by chance a Verizon branded handset? Verizon is infamous for locking users out of MMS.
