Another option for update advisor or junk file cleaner app

Is there any app which can cleans junk files and temporary files on phone? Sometimes some temporary files doesn't removed automatically. Update advisor was great option for junk file cleaning but Updating to Upgrade advisor, MS removed that option (frustrated) what was need to remove that option? Was that option headache to MS? Now i am updating my phone 10586.164 to .218, but phone storage is full. I can't clean phone memory, and as always so called Experts advises to hard reset your phone! Resetting phone and reinstalling apps is headache and now it's not possible. So please suggest a better way...

The only way to remove temp files is by hard resetting so no there aren't any apps that can actually do this for you. Why is hard reset not an option?

Here are some things to free up storage space

1) Uninstall apps. You can always reinstall them later
2) move your media (pictures, music, movies) to the computer
3) Go to the Storage app, tap your storage location. It will list what is taking up storage. Tap TEMP and delete TEMP files
4) If all else fails, use Windows Device Recovery Tool and do a factory reset (be warned it wipes everything, so back your stuff up)
