My Lumia 1520 has been acting up recently, screen would not respond to touch or jump around without touch; SIM-Error every now and then. I am thinking about getting the a 950XL, but earlier reviews made me nervous about its reliability. Could those dear 950XL users tell me your recent experience?

In my experience it seems that all the reliability issues were pretty much due to the original firmware and OS. The current builds are by no means finished (it's Windows-as-a-service, after all) but definitely stable and reliable. I stand by my initial assessment of the day before Thanksgiving when I got mine: best phone I ever owned. That was before I ever experienced Continuum, and before two firmware and multiple OS upgrades. Now I am even more impressed.
