How find a missing app from the app list, so i can repin it to the start screen?

I unpinned my work email account from the start screen, but now I can't find it in my app list to repin it. It shows up in settings. How do I find it to repin it? I have a new Lumia 650 and was unpinning/repining in efforts to get the notifications on the glance screen to work properly

Open Outlook Mail, long tap your work account there should open optuons to pin to start menu. If it doesn't when you long tap, release long tap.
