How to turn off the HDR mode on the camera app

I can't even turn off the flash now, which basically rendered the app useless for me, I want to take pictures to some of my drawings but its impossible with the flash, I liked the windows phone 10 camera app before this, now its just sucky

Aren't those settings in camera settings? The three dots?

Also, can you check in store if there is an update available

Only just the app isn't working or is there any other problem. May be you can restart the phone than it may works it just sucks while capture images.

Sounds like a glitch... Have you tried Soft Reset? Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds). Soft Reset is a great go-to to solve many types of glitch.
