Why doesn't my Surface dock updater update?

Windows Central Question

Surface dock updater doesn't update

Installed the latest version of the updater to get my Surface Dock updated. Just goes back and forth from disconnect your surface to connect a surface. Any ideas on how to get this thing updated?
