Why does my WiFi keep dropping out Microsoft Lumia 535?

This has been a problem the last couple of weeks or so, often when I try and open an app it happens, Facebook Messenger and Instagram seem to be the most persistent offenders. As soon as the app starts to load up the WiFi symbol just disappears, there is no problem with my WiFi as I can be connected on another device (such as my laptop right now) and suffer no problems. I'll then manually reconnect and it will be fine for maybe 5 minutes, even on Messenger/Instagram, and then a few minutes later it will do it again. I'm also pretty sure this isn't just restricted to my WiFi at home, it has done it with The Cloud a few times as well. Anybody have any ideas?

My old 930 was a pig with WiFi. Persistent no internet, not finding router etc.. The only way it would work consistently is if I rebooted the router occasionally.
