Can I return my MS Band for a refund?

Windows Central Question

I purchased a Band for my son for Christmas. It broke three times and been replaced twice. I would like a refund for the third one, and would like to wait until they come up with the next version, which hopefully will not keep breaking.
 
Why not ask them if, out of goodwill, if they will upgrade you due to the defects of their product.

I'd start with the merchant where you purchased... Assuming that is a physical Microsoft Store. If you bought online start with the E-tailer.
