Live Tile Problems

On my L640 running W10 build 10586.218(official), i am facing live tile problems on some apps such as MSN Weather, News, Sports and One Football app too. The problem is it updates perfectly on Wi-Fi, but when i am using mobile data and open the app, live tile stops working.
Any way to fix it?

That's normal for Windows 10, live tiles dont work for any apps really on cellular data. Either that or its a bug they never bothered fixing. No way to fix it on our end
