Why there is problem in location??

Cant get access to location... GPS not working... Cant locate location on maps nor on other apps... need help... plzz

When I had this once, a fix was to shut down the phone, remove the battery. Wait a few minutes and then replace the battery and power on the phone.

You might find a shutdown and wait 5 minutes before restart might help too.

Also make sure Wi-Fi is on.
