my soft reset isn't working and my screen is frozen on the lock screen

its been 30 minutes since my phone has been frozen at the lock screen, i try to swipe up and get the lock code but its not working. the screen is frozen, i tried to soft reset it by pressing the volume down and power button which isnt working. what do i do. i held it for 10 seconds and no change.

Did the phone vibrate?? If you will need to button combination to force a reset. I can't remember it off hand but have a look on the web, or join here and have more help available. The button combo is for Nokia / microsoft
