Multiple W10M issues on L635

So, on my Boost Mobile 1gb Lumia 635 with Unlimited LTE data, running W10M, version 1511, Build 10.0.10586.218, I have a mess of issues.

There is a ton of stuff in the Edge cache. There's just shy of 1gb worth of stuff based on Storage setting. I've cleared all options but Passwords. I did try to install xap & appx apps directly from Files. They wouldn?t take, but the cache got huge after that.

Also, Store is not downloading apps or checking for updates right now. Just shows Pending or Starting Download. I can't even cancel downloads in thee queue.

Lastly, the Slow Ring update is available. But it just sits at 0%
No progress at all, be it LTE or Wi-Fi connection.

Do these issues persist through a soft reset?

Oh yeah, that's been my go to. I've also tried removing the SD. Leaving it in, setting Install to Device & Nada..
