Why are my installed apps stuck on pending?

installed apps stuck on pending

i installed some apps and i can use them but theres another one of each stuck on pending and if i unistall them they still be on pending and i cant reinstall them. how can i get them out of pending?

have you tried a soft reset (restart)?
