How to send tips on Gameloft screwing over Windows users?

Windows Central Question

I want to ask Windows Central to put out information about Gameloft's bad treatment of Windows Users. After users spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on their new game Order and Chaos 2, they are dropping support and no reason why and no information regarding getting a refund.
