Issues regarding Windows 8 tablet refresh feature
So i have the Encore II Toshiba tab. I have to "refresh without affecting your files" on a regular basis because 1. The screen orientation locks up. And 2. Sometimes apps will close. Whenever I refresh, it always reinstalls stupid Norton antivirus. Its annoying getting rid of it, so is there a way to fix this screen orientation? Also how do I make it so when I refresh it does not install Norton. Thanks
