Has the problem for duplicate apps been fixed?

When you fix problem with duplicate apps under All aps and apps stuck in Store ??

I updated to the latest fast insider build on my 950 yesterday. After doing a hard reset on the phone that issue has gone away for me. A hard reset did not resolve it on the previous build.

i try reset but after install apps frome store problem return and have again duplicate apps on my 1520
