Lumia 640, latest windows 8.1 update version 2

i have a lumia 640 which was through AT&T Straight talk, but i transfered it to Tracfone. it does not show an official windows 10 update. Is this an issue with carrier, can i force OTA update? should i wait? upgrade advisor says good news message

A phone's update path is determined by what carrier it was tied to in the beginning.

I'm assuming its an AT&T phone, if so, you're at AT&T's mercy as to when the update is released.

You can "force" an OTA update by using the Windows Insider program (but only go the Release Preview unless you want to venture into more dangerous waters)

You can wait if you choose.
