Why isn't my mail coming in?

mail not coming in

I have added my email account to the mail app and their is nothing in the inbox.

have you tapped on sync? And is your internet on?

you need to go into the mailbox --> click the 3 dots (...) right hand side bottom -->settings--> manage accounts --> select account n click mail box sync settings

here you set how to download your emails.
