Why am I getting an annoying REG90 unable to connect error message every few seconds?

You may have to go to your T-Mobile account on-line and enter the information needed to enable the e911 address.
Other problems could be an old SIM not enabled for features such as Wi-Fi calling.
If you have the T-Mobile "My Account" app on your phone and you have your phone number with a good password you can register e911 from there.

The only other fix I know of is to disable the Wi-Fi calling feature on your phone.
Disabling the feature is different depending on which OS version your phone is on.
