Lumia 525 is not turning on

i have used till 5 minutes before,i jut removed my battery and kept back.Mobile is turning on showing NOKIA but after that nothing appears just black screen. When i call from someone phone it is ringing but no sound or call on my side. Even when i connect to computer it is detecting. What wrong with my phone, since two years i have been using this phone. please help me

try putting the battery back in again. It might solve the problem. And why did you remove the battery?

I am also facing the same problem and I tried the above mentioned solution too . However,it failed to solve the issue.Please suggest some other option:unhappy:
