How do I update my Windows Live Mail 2012? Your page does not work and I cannot get e-mails.

I can no longer access my e-mails. I have Windows Live Mail 2012 and I see from your site that this 2012 version needs updating. I have tried to get onto the appropriate page but it is not responding. Can you help. I have talked to Talktalk who I am with and they tell me the problem is not theirs but yours as you are updating things.
