##7820# to unlock phone does not work on Windows 10 mobile

I've unlocked a phone using the ##7820# which brings up the unlock screen. Trying this now on a phone upgraded to Windows 10 does not work. Any ideas? I get no unlock screen.

If T-Mobile is your carrier this doesn't work.

AT&T is the carrier. I've done this with a 640 on Windows 8.1 but upgraded to Windows 10 does not work.

I had to use the Windows Device reset tool to go back to 8.1 Once there, ##7820# brought up the unlock screen and I was able to unlock. Now upgrading yet again to W10.

Must be a bug... The hash code works for me in a GoPhone 640, but it shows unlocked and I KNOW it is still locked. Can't use the entry field. Release Ring 10586.318.
