Why can't I open my Nokia Lumia 520?

[Windows Central Question]

When I want to open it, it just shows the "Nokia" screen (a black screen and in the middle it's written "Nokia"). I tried to pull the battery out several times, didn't work. If I let it with the black screen (with "Nokia" on it), it will get all black at one point and if I press any button, it gets to the screen with the "Nokia" writing.
When should i do? Before this happened it was working perfectly fine...

what happens if you connect the phone to a laptop or pc? Can you see the storage of the phone?
