phone showing updates available for apps but i am updating continuously however it again showing updates available,

Which OS version are you on? Is it just one specific app or all apps?

Try doing a restart of the phone and then check for updates and update accordingly. You could also keep auto update of apps off so they don't use of all your data

Just another though, I believe one of the Redstone builds had this issue, so definitely worth checking what version Win10m is being run.
