Can HP Stream 7 tablet upgrade to Windows 10?

Windows Central Question

HP Stream 7 running Win 8.1 with 32gb +32gb SD card also. Can this tablet upgrade to Windows 10?

I have a Stream 7 and it's already on Windows 10. Works great, takes a while to warm up if it was shut down, but no issues. Battery life is good. I recommend you remove the SD before upgrading if you plan to do so
