Slow Download in Windows Store on W10 Mobile

Is it me or anyone else facing problem with downloading apps with very very slow speed with all 10586 builds' even with latest .318 or something???? Because it's downloading fine with my PC with same WiFi speed. Also in WP 8.1, I never had a problem of slow download.
Is anyone else facing problem???

Probably just a random issue - and yes, I was getting a slow download this morning. Sometimes the phone store runs slow or has outages. Will probably be fine later.
