6tag notification issues

I downloaded 6tag a week ago.but I don't receiving any notifications.nd the 6tag is not listed in action center app list..wht is the problem??

I thought one could check in the 6tag settings but I didn't find anything. There is a section on background agent though I think that's related to the tile
