After update (L930) to W10 all contacts are missing and cannot add new

Hi,
yesterday I upgraded my phone (Lumia 930) to W10 and I noticed that all my contacts are missing. I imported from SIM to outlook all numbers but still nothing after synchronisation. After all, I wanted to add a new contact, but suddenly app closes by itself.

Your core apps (People included) still haven't updated from Store. Go there -> hamburgher -> Downloads, and check for updates.
All core apps must be in W10 version to work.

One thing: when upgrading from 8, same as desktops, that's better to hard reset without backup. All your messages and contacts will be imported later during restore
