How do I format a micro SD card in a Lumia 735 running Windows 10?

I took a 32gb Class 4 Micro SD card out of my Android phone, and have put it in my Lumia 735. Despite completely resetting the phone with fresh settings, the card is only showing 15.8mb capacity. Can I force it to reformat? Is something from the old Android system hogging the space? It was working fine before.

There's the Format button in Settings -> Storage -> SD
