how do i prevent video clips going to the side when I scroll down on my Edge browser?

I noticed that this mostly affects edge browser. doesn't work on explorer and chrome.

And this mostly occurs on facebook. while I'm viewing a video, and I scroll down to read comments, the video goes off to the top left and continue playing.

I don't like it going that way because once the video is done, it auto plays another video.
