Internet Issue after rollback from WP10 to WP8.1

Windows Central Question

I recently rolled backed to WP8.1 from WP10 on My Lumia 525 from Microsoft service centre. I am not able to download or update apps from store. I haven't tried using Internet explorer though. My phone shows correct internet settings full strength signal for Internet connectivity given the carrier. I did a hard reset using hardware keys. Please can you tell me what is the source of the issue?

have you tried using wifi?
