Why am I getting a strange message on my Cell?

A strange question on my cellphon

When I open my windows cellphone i cot a message that says wrong password, you tried to many times, and they want me to enter a given phrase, A1B2C3, if I want to try again. Why? I never got that messages before

It can happen when you've entered your pass code wrong too many times. It wants you to type in something more complex to prove that you're not just accidentally swiping the screen while the phone is in your pocket.
