how do I compose an email message, have both g-mail & yahoo mail?

since I have 10, all email account are open but no contacts and no way to start a message, as in compose.

since I have 10, all email account are open but no contacts and no way to start a message, as in compose.

open the mail app, tap the 3 dots on the right bottom part of the screen, go to manage my accounts. Here you'll see all the email accounts you've added. Tap the one where you have issues. It will show you change mailbox sync settings. Tap on that and check that

Download new email is set to how you want it
Download email from is set to a time period you want
Sync options are set to email, calendar and contacts (depending on what you want)

Once all settings are okay, say done and start syncing by pressing the sync button (the tow round arrows going around in a circle
