Why are my windows 10 application crashing?

I'm using an insider build preview 14295.rs1_release.160318-1628, been using it for 3weeks, then suddenly my application crashes after launch (Ggroove music, Mail, Photos etc.) only Cortana and Settings are the only thing that works

one solution is to a restart and try again
Or update to a higher version
