my Microsoft phone model RM-1073 vibrates but screen stays black and there is no audi.

When it is plugged in or if sum 1 holds down any of the buttons but the screen stays black and thethe is no sound. I tried 2 reset but it had no effect any more ideas?

take it to a service centre for hardware check if you can
