PC stuck on 14316.1000

Hi all, my PC is stuck on 14316.1000 fast ring build. I try to update it but am told I'm running the latest build. Help please!

go to update and try changing the ring to slow and then back to fast. That might trigger something. Or download the ISO files

14342 hasn't been released yet but you can start off with 14332 here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewadvanced
