How can I restore the original image for my Lumia 640 (ATT)

I hate that they removed the radio app from the phone. One of the reason I got this phone. I want to restore it and then lock out any future updates. Please if anyone knows, please let me know. I have tried the Windows utility and it keeps re-applying the same latest Beta version.

When you say windows utility, do you mean the windows device recovery tool?
