Word Mobile gone to read only

Hi I have a HP Pavilion x2 with 10.1 " screen and suddenly this evening Word mobile has gone to read only and telling me I need office 365. Reading up on this it seems aa 10.1" screen device should still be free, any ideas what I can do about this please

Uninstall the word app and install it back. It should solve the issue
